BEZ Printing LLC and any of its trade names may at any point without notice, change the terms & conditions, privacy policy or anything else that governs your use of WHATISBEZ.COM. Your use of WHATISBEZ.COM following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, WHATISBEZ.COM from time to time. Any changes made will be communicated through a blog post or via an e-mail newsletter*.

DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify contact@whatisbez.com. You will receive an email from contact@whatisbez.com when your order has been confirmed.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped USPS Priority unless selected otherwise. Shipping rates are calculated on the PayPal page during checkout. Please contact contact@whatisbez.com if you have any questions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on WHATISBEZ.COM, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, cancel your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to contact@whatisbez.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) within 5 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. WHATISBEZ.COM does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to contact@whatisbez.com before sending back. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on WHATISBEZ.COM. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
